Shipping policy

Where shipping is concerned,after making an order,we at Metamophosis will process it and arrange a paid delivery for it.As far as destination is concerned, please note that we do not dispatch to Locker Box (es) and P O Box (es).We only dispatch to physical address (es) such as business (es) and residence (s) having street number (s) and street name (s) where someone (recipient) or your nominated proxy would be waiting to fetch the parcel (s) or an item.Our express delivery will take 1-3 working days to arrive at major centres and up to 10 working days to arrive at rural areas ( country sides or oushirts if the cities).Should this time be extended (God forbid!) due to unforeseen circumstance (s),we shall re-schedule new delivery date of which we shall update you of.Should it be that your parcel has not yet arrived after 7 days (God forbid!) and we have not contacted you either,please do not hesitate to contact us with immediate effect.Please bear in mind that for your parcel delivery,we also make use of our third party partner(s) where needed or if need arises.Until further notice,so far we deliver the package (s) within the borders of RSA,which is South Africa only where we ply our trade.Fees will vary depending on your location (destination) and parcel size meaning shipping is calculated according to dimension (volumentrically speaking such as Length X Breath X Height) of the parcel and destination.We have a minimum of at least 1 (one) carton in order to proceed to checkout.To prioritise on or to save on shipping rate fee, buy more at once.To see delivery fee, please continue shopping since again to re- iterate, delivery fee will be calculated at checkout after the order is placed and since we do not offer standard flat fee rate.After the order is placed,it is packed and dispatched within said time upon payment clearance.Please note that we make use of a third party courier services to serve you best.
